If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside due to shipping, please call us at 440-428-8907 and we will assist you immediately.

All damaged or missing items must be reported within 4 days of receiving the order. We are not responsible for those items after the 4 days has expired.

The item you return must be in its original packaging. Please insure the package for its full value and keep all of your shipping documents.

We will ship your order overnight upon request for an additional charge. Orders received before 10 AM EST will arrive the next business day. Orders that are received later in the day will arrive in 2 business days. This request can be honored depending on the availability of the product ordered. Since we make all of our products to order, by hand, it may be impossible to ship an item immediately overnight.

Canadian and International orderss should be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged the appropriate shipping expenses.

Orders originating outside of the Continental U.S. are shipped UPS. The customer is responsible for any duty taxes or GST.

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will notify you, within a reasonable amount of time, if there is any item that cannot be shipped or that is currently out of stock. At this time, you will be given the option to cancel your order or replace it with another choice.

Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped. Canadian and international orders should be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged the appropriate shipping expenses.

We ship by United Postal Service (UPS) or US Postal Service. If there is a problem with this shipping method, please contact us by telephone or e-mail so that other arrangements can be made.

We do not ship COD.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges if a package is returned because there was not anyone home to accept it.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days depending on the size of the order.

Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to residents of Ohio who do not have a sales tax ID number.

We understand your concerns about security and privacy. We assure you that your credit card and mailing information will remain secure. All of your information resides on a secure server and is automatically encrypted. It is a well-known fact that your credit card is safer to use on the Internet than it is to use in a store.

We have no minimum order requirements.

Any changes that need to be made to an order, must be phoned in and not e-mailed. We cannot guarantee changes to orders requested via e-mail. If your order is already packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.
