1. What information CreatedWithNature.com gathers/tracks about you

Our site has several levels of information gathering:

• Email Address Only for the purposes of sending out newsletters. You can easily unsubscribe from the mailing list option by either typing REMOVE in the subject line of an email replying to the address indicated or sending an email to Customer Service or the Webmaster.
• Full Name, Email Address, Billing/Shipping Addresses for the purposes of purchasing products from the CreatedWithNature store.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We log IP addresses for systems administration purposes and to track a user's session. Any personally identifiable information contained in our IP address logs will be treated with the same privacy policies that we use for our registration database.

Our site uses "cookies" to keep track of your registration, how you browse for items in our site, your shopping cart, as well as to deliver content specific to your interests. A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to view most of our Web site, but you will not be able to register or order from the site without allowing cookies. We may choose to log cookies passed through our Web sites, and use these logs to analyze the use of our Web site or to debug problems that may occur.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request products, and services. We collect our customer's contact information (like e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses), and payment information (like credit card numbers), as well as the products ordered by the customer. All of the information from a particular order will be kept by us, but will only be used to administer issues concerning that order (such as order tracking and credit card inquiries from your card issuer) and for overall sales auditing purposes of our company, but then only in aggregate without your personally identifying information. Also, as long as you are a registered customer, we will permanently store your order information as part of your registration information, and we may also store parts of your order information in our recommendation database. The exception to this is that your credit card data will only be stored with your registration information if you specifically choose this option, and your credit card information will never be part of our recommendation database. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure page enabled with Verisign RSA encryption that is state of the art technology for protecting secure data on the Web. User accounts are password protected and when accounts are displayed to a User, we do not send the last 4 digits of the credit card number. This is an added security feature that prevents unauthorized access to a User's credit card.

2. What CreatedWithNature.com does with the information it gathers/tracks

As a general rule, we will not share our customer data with others. Please read the following details.

We use the data collected while you register, browse, shop and order to tailor your experience at our site, such as showing you content that we think you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your preferences. This information may be shared with advertisers on an aggregate basis, but we will not disclose other information that may be used to personally identify you. We may, from time-to-time, give you the option to subscribe to a program involving outside organizations, but we will always wait for you to make the choice first.

Your purchases, the information you give us about yourself, and the browsing you do in our Web site may be entered into a recommendation database used by our product recommendation software. However the recommendation database will only be used to create recommendations for other users based on general patterns of our members tracked in aggregate. We may share aggregate information from the recommendation database with outside parties, but what we share will not include anything that would identify you personally.

You may "opt-in" for our e-mail newsletters at anytime. Also, this site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. When you submit a customer review, chat comments, or other message to any of the above, you permanently grant to us all rights, including copyrights, in your submission. Our product review forms may ask you for your e-mail address and/or nickname when you submit the product review, and you can choose whether or not you wish to give an e-mail address at that time.

Our servers, and the databases stored on them, are only accessible to our personnel for the purposes of administering our site as described above and providing you with the services of our site, and by our hired agents and contractors (such as software engineers) who may be needed to administer and maintain the site on our behalf. Anyone who can access our servers or databases will be subject to confidentiality obligations.

Of course, if we are legally obligated by a court of law that has legal power over us to disclose information from our databases, we will comply with that obligation to the extent the law requires us.

3. CreatedWithNature.com's Data Security policy

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our servers use encrypted (secure) methods for those pages, which contain personally identifiable financial data including your credit card and your address. Our servers are protected by firewall-type technology. We will routinely upgrade and use current technology generally used by commercial Web site operators. Users outside of the United States or Canada, and users with older computer hardware or software, may be unable to use some of the security technology available through our Web site. No security technology is perfect, and you must be aware that you are always at some level of risk that your information may be disclosed without our or your permission. You agree to accept that risk by your use of this Web site. However, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to use current security technology, and to find and stop any security breaches, which may occur.

This site may contain links to other sites run by others who are not associated with CreatedWithNature. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such Web sites, and you take all risk associated with your use of those links.

4. CreatedWithNature.com's subscription choice (opt-in versus opt-out) policy

Some Web sites offer users a choice of "opt-out" versus "opt-in" services. An "opt-out" service is one that is automatically provided to the customer unless the customer does something to say "no." An "opt-in" service is one where the customer does not receive a particular service unless the customer has actually done something to ask for the service.
